He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Sproul and Gladys Sproul (Danford); his siblings, Leonard, Francis, Dorothy Myles (Phil) and Jean Harris (Brian); and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Atkinson, Donald Nicol and Deena Sproul.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Sproul (Holden); his daughter Heather Burke (Tony); his granddaughter Ally Pafford (Jakob Bradley); his siblings, John (Colleen), Murray (Carla), Albert, Douglas, Roy (Brenda), Paul (Mindy), Janet Kirkpatrick, Jane Garnett, Mary Nicol, Margaret Atkinson and Betty Caswell (Jack); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Sproul and Marie Sproul. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Donations in memory of Fred can be made to Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
