It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis P. Magennis (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrence Magennis and Marion Magennis (O'Donnell); and his siblings, Joseph (Marie), Earl (Marie), Michael (Thelma), Rosella O'Brien (Junior) and Rita McIntrye (Donnie).
He is survived by: his wife Fay Magennis (Keating); his children, Karen (George Morrow), Mark and Paul; his siblings, Leo (Brenda) and Helen Dunning (Doyle); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Carissa and Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's & St Bartholomew's Church (646 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2H4).
