He was predeceased by: his parents, Aquila Caissie and Aline Caissie (Savoie); and his siblings, Raymond, Bernard, Clarence Caissie and Ann Marie Caissie.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott and Todd; his sisters, Lovina Ayles (Skip), Lita St. Pierre (Gill Theriault), Jeannine Caissie (Stephen Melanson), Huguette Rector (Kim) and Berni Vernon (Ric); and his nephew Jared Rector. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
