It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Joan Waycott (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelbert Trynor (Del) and Ethel Trynor (Corscadden); her grandson Gregory Waycott; and her siblings, Vance Trynor and June Fowler.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Bent (David) of Maces Bay, Melissa Waycott of Maces Bay, Kathy Abbott (Jeff) of Maces Bay and Kevin Waycott (Lori) of Maces Bay; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Michelle, Justin, Geoffrey, Kara, Sydney, Tyler and Holly; her siblings, Sharon McAllister and Jim Trynor (Colleen); and her cousin Claire Hainer (Ed).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Maces Bay Cemetery or the 50 Plus Club in Maces Bay.
