She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hovey and Greta Hovey (Parlee); her husband David Gregory Arseneau; her siblings, Percy Greenslade, Berton Greenslade and Lucy MacKenzie; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Myers, David Drake and Bertha Beyea.
She is survived by: her aunt Minnie; her children, David Arseneau (Phyllis) and Shelley Kay (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Odessa (Jason), Amy (Ryan), Aaron, April (Brendan), McKayla (Dan), Wesley and Cody; her great grandchildren, Madison, Aiden, Conner and Lila; and her siblings, Herman Hovey (Ann) and Vera Drake (Myers). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Remembrances in memory of Elva may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice.
