He was predeceased by: his parents, James Race and Ellen Race. He is survived by: his children, John S. Race Jr., Wayne Clark, Crystal McKinny and Lycia Race; his siblings, James Race and Florance Kerr; and his grandchildren, Tristen, Gianni, Haidyn, Kristen and Kyla. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
