He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge J. Thomas Troy and Lillian Troy (Barry); his siblings, Lt. Barry Troy and Nora; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Berry and Pauline Troy; and his nephews, David and Barry Russell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Berry of Guelph, ON and W. Richard Troy of Santa Monica, CA. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Masses offered for the repose of his soul or donations to the Cathedral Restoration or Rocmaura Nursing Home Foundation would be appreciated.
