He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bourque and Doreen Bourque (Arsenault); his daughter Crystal; and his brothers, Wayne, Ronnie and Darrell.

He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Leroy and Brian; his wife Corrine (Rooney); his children, Rick Bourque (Roxanne) of Summerville, NB and Sherry La Pierre; his siblings, Gerald Bourque (Louise) of Rothesay, Mark Bourque (Freda) of Quispamsis, Janice Dukeshire (LeRoy) of Saint John, Carol Carvell (Lenny) of Kingston, NB, Linda Myers (Raymond "Moe") of Kingston, NB, Deborah Snodgrass (Donnie) of French Village, Diane McIntyre (Dan) of Saint John, Jean Bourque of Saint John, Cindy Furlong (Brian) of Saint John, Darlene McFarlane (Kenny) of Sussex, NB and Theresa Bourque (John) of Saint John; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Luke, Mikailyn, Ashlin, Michael, Amber, Chelsey, Jayden and Chloe. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
