Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Douglas Whelpley (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 70, on September 16, 2018. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Whelpley and Margaret Whelpley (Ayer); his brothers, Harold and Walter; his son Bryan DeLucry; his nephew Michael; and his brother Al Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Kelly Palmer (DeLucry) and Kandace Palmer (Tony); his grandsons, Devin and Matthew; his great grandchild Kaitlyn; and his sister Pegi Blackburn (Halifax). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations in Doug's memory can be made to Bobby Hospice, Joshua Group or charity of the donor's choice.
