He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Giggey and Ester Giggey; his son Douglas McKinney; and his brother Ronnie McKinney. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Robichaud; his daughter Carol Thompson; his grandchildren, Kiara Thompson and Daylin Whelan (Ryelle); and his brothers, Harold Giggey, Brice Giggey and Leonard Giggey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
