Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Doreen Shanks (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 81, on July 13, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Urquhart and Edna Urquhart; her husband Duanne Shanks; her daughter Tracey Hasselman (Raymond); and her sister Audrey.

She is survived by: her children, Tara (Bill) of Saint John, Duanne (Amy) of Saint John and Paul (Beth) of Saint John; her grandchildren, Melissa (Jamie), Ashleigh (Jerren), Tessa, Dustin, Laura, Morgan, Abby and Rachel; her niece Shelly (Peter); and her siblings, John Urquhart (Kathy), Chris Urquhart (Jean) of Saint John, Irene of Ontario and Shirley of Saint John. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
