She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Goldberg and Maude Alleyne (Corliss); her former husband Melvyn Peters; her husband Manuel Zamora; her daughter Patricia Rolanda Peters (Lanny); her siblings, Audrey Alleyne and Herbert Alleyne; and her nephew Charles Alleyne.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Leek (William) and Paul Peters (Tammy); her siblings, Daphne Alleyne of England and Collin Alleyne of Montreal; her grandchildren, Paula Kenmuir (Albert), Madison Maxan (Jeremy), William Leek (Bethany), Adam Naves (Gracie) of Alberta, Harrison Peters, Bryanna Vaughn (Ryan), Maria Leek and Julia Okocha (Victor) of Saint John; and her great grandchildren, Mateo, Talum, Reign, Zion and Mahlik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Living Victory Church (101 Wilton St, Saint John, NB E2J1H6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Doreen's memory would be greatly appreciated by giving to the Living Victory Church Missions, a charity in which she held very close to her heart.
