He was predeceased by: his parent Clifford Guthrie; and his brother Thomas "Tommy" Guthrie. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Guthrie (McCullough); his siblings, Carl Guthrie (Cathy), Nancy Watson (Peter), Michael Guthrie (Karen) and Connie Dunham (John); his godchildren, Christopher Miller and Justice Miller; and his aunts, Mary Guthrie and Jean Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
