She is survived by: her husband John Lewis Purdy; her daughters, Amanda Berthelot (John) and Chelsey Pye; her siblings, Larry, Tony, Wally, Laura, Sheila, Charlene, Sandra, Irene, Carolyn, Lynda, Theresa and Sheirley; and her granddaughters, Taylor, Daneca, Lillian, Jadeyn and Lauren. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
