He was predeceased by: his son Donnie "Buck" Perry; his brother Gary; and his nephew Dr. Jon Burman. He is survived by: his son Kevin (Janice); his wife Nora; his daughters, Linda Galbraith and Kim Perry; his grandchildren, Grant (Nancy), Lauren (Rob), Caleb (Rachel), Matthew (Chelsie), Ethan, Andrew and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Macy, Wesley, Jesse, Taylor and Milo; and his siblings, Muriel Perry, Beatrice Burman and Bob (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Bobby's Hospice.
