Donald Roderick MacNeil Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Roderick MacNeil (Saint John, New Brunswick), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick MacNeil and Annie MacNeil (Anderson); and his siblings, Allan, Clyde, Bertha and Alice.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara MacNeil (Bennett); and his children, Danny (Laural), Robin (Patty) and Judy. He is also survived by great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
