He was predeceased by: his parents, Richie Bickford and Mary Bickford (Pollock); his former wife Lois (Lefurgey); and his siblings, Elsie, Dorothy, Blanche, Mildred, Harry, Gordon and Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Flora; his siblings, Barbara Thurrott (late Lee) of Riverview, Lawrence (Betty) of Manitoba, Murray (Clara) of Quispamsis and George of Sussex; and his stepchildren, Faye Clark (late Peter) of Kingston Peninsula, Brenda (Bill) of Saint John, Gail of Saint John, Bruce of Saint John, Gary (Lynda) of Quispamsis and Ralph (Joanne) of Moncton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
