She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Elizabeth'Betty'Shephard. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelli Lowe (Allen) and Sherri Myles; her grandchildren, Phoenix and Faith Lowe; and her close friend Karen Vienneau.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery (Saint John, NB E2M3Y3).
In lieu of flowers donations in Debra's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
