She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Farnham and Gladys Farnham (Beckwith); and her siblings, Berton and Donna. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Kemp; her children, Patrick Kemp and Kimberly Kemp (Jay Thibodeau); her grandchildren, Declan, Lily Kemp and Xavier Thibodeau; her siblings, Bruce Farnham (Cindy) and Diane Swain (Gary); and her sister-in-law Brenda Farnham. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

For those who wish, memorial donations in Debbie's memory made to Bobby's Hospice or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
