He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard McKenna and Marjorie McKenna (Wooden); his sister Mary McKenna; and his brother-in-law Curtis Dempsey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon McKenna (Williams); his children, David McKenna (Nicole) and Melissa Garland (Shawn); his siblings, Sandra Thompson (Harry), Barbara Weller (Neil), Thomas (Cynthia) and William McKenna (Nancy); his grandchildren, Carmen, Michaela McKenna, Kathleen, Jorja, Izabelle and Eli Garland; his siblings-in-law, Ronald (Janice), Lewis (Judy), Mark, Michael Williams, Jo-Anne Porter (Les), Heather Leblanc (Michael) and June Dempsey; his nieces and nephews, Jillian, Lacey, Tia, Kate, Meghan, Melissa, Matthew McKenna and Timothy McKenna; and his cousin Carolyn McLean. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
