With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Alfred Gardiner (Saint John, New Brunswick), born in McAdam, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 19, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Pickett and Ernestine Pickett (Hunt); and his siblings, Douglas Hunt and Bernadette. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gardiner (Peterson); his son Todd Peterson (Carrie); his grandchildren, Alexander, Thomas and Connor; his siblings, Dana Pickett (Kathy), Marylou Blair (Wendell), Cheryl Donahue (Roy), Kelly Stern and Joyce Pickett; and his sister-in-law Karen Hunt of Alberta. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
