He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Leavitt (Burton Cooke) of Beaver Harbour, NB, Kevin Leavitt (Laura) of Pennfield, NB and Karen Kernighan (Brian Noddin) of Blacks Harbour, NB; his nephews, Derek Leavitt of Pennfield, NB and Devin Leavitt (Brandy Seeley) of St. Stephen, NB; and his niece Amanda Kernighan (Josh Pitre) of Moores Mills, NB.
