He is survived by: his parents, Martha Perry and David Perry; his grandmothers, Charline Hooper and Verna Perry; his siblings, Caitlyn Perry (James Bent), Matthew Perry (Keely Courtorielle), Courtney Jones (Tyler), Molly Perry, Jack Perry, Justin Perry and Josh Perry; and his stepsiblings, Jon Baber, Rachel Baber and Thomas Baber.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Connor's spirit by doing something he would do: find a need in your community and meet it, whether by feeding the hungry, supporting the homeless, or providing assistance to seniors or others in need.
