We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2019, Colleen Gail Duggan (Saint John, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Duggan; her parents, James Connor and Eunice Connor; and her sister Rhonda Connor. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Duggan (Claudia) and Michael Duggan; and her grandchildren, James and Keira Duggan.
