He was predeceased by: his father Fred Daye; his wife Jeanetta (Hetherington); his brothers, Garnett (Mildred) and Ralph; and his sister-in-law Marjorie.
He is survived by: his brother Roly (Marie); his children, Danny (Judy Williston), Jocelyn Daye (Wayne Burnside) and Cathy Mersereau (Randy); his grandchildren, Shelley (Chris), Scott (Jill), Layla and Danen; his great grandchildren, Jakob, Corbin, Brandi, Linkin, Meadow, Fjord and Marsh; and his great great grandchild Daxon.
