It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Marie Boucher (Saint John, New Brunswick), born in Rogersville, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 7, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Gaudet and Mary Gaudet; her husband Roger Boucher; and her siblings, Leo Gaudet (Elizabeth), Beatrice Black (Leo), Edward Gaudet (Albertiane), May Gionet (Joseph), Emanuel Gaudet (Regina), Evelyn Easson (Gordon), Pauline Mazerolle (Gerry), Tom Gaudet and Eddie Gaudet.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Gillis (Brian), Daniel Boucher, Thomas Boucher (Lorna) and Joesph Boucher; her granddaughter Jennifer Byers (Peter); her great grandchildren, Anderson and Maddox Byers; her stepgrandchildren, Donovan and Krista MacLean; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sean, Sati, Sophie Byers and Joe Gaudet (Evelyn); and her sisters-in-law, Ida Gaudet (late Tom) and Aline Gaudet (late Eddie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
