He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn (Egers); and his parents, Hayden Patterson and Bertha Patterson (Dow). He is survived by: his children, Sam, Jamie Patterson (Lori) and Becky Schmid (Philipp); his grandchildren, Caleb, Micah, Josiah, Luke, Grace, Anna and Sadie; and his siblings, Brent Patterson (Mildred) and Linda Bird. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to Hockey Ministries Atlantic, the Gideons, Teen Challenge, the York Care Center, Fredericton or a charity of the donors choosing.
