He was predeceased by: his sister Bridgette; and his grandparents, Shirley and Ronald. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Cook Sr. and Teena Leblanc; his siblings, Brian Jr. (Tracy), Craig Cook (Solange) of Alberta, Sabrina Savoie (Chris) of French Village and Dylan Cook (Marlee) of Saint John; his cousin Kate-Lynn Holmes (Andrew); his girlfriend Santana; his nieces and nephews, Austin, Owen, Brydan, Helen and Isabelle; and his grandparents, Martina and Donnie Burt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
