He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Burgess and Bertie E. Burgess (Worden); and his siblings, Evelyn, Ronald and Les.
He is survived by: his significant other Rosemary Leger; his children, Blaine (Margie), Mark, Kimberly (Bruce) of Vancouver, BC, Fern (Chuck) and Ryan; his brother Vernon (Darlene) of Riverview, NB; and his sister-in-law Isabel. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
