She was predeceased by: her parents, Mansel Belyea and Kathleen Belyea (Nee Booker). She is survived by: her husband John Palmer; her children, Katherine Penny (Tony), Carol Ryan (Brian), Leonard (Debbie), David (Kathy), Darrel Short (Leandrea), Tony (Kandace) and Susan Trevors (Joe); her grandchildren, Angela, Bradley, Christopher, Mark, Mitchell, Meaghan, Jessica, Cavin, Kail, Melkala, Maddason, Alana and Devon; her siblings, Bernice Morris (Jack) and Mansel Belyea (Samnatha); and her close friend Patty Hamilton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
