She is survived by: her children, John Ellsworth, Dave Ellsworth (Nadine), Sandy MacDonald and Teresa O'Brien; her daughter-in-law Brenda Ellsworth; her sisters, Barb Edison (late Charlie) and Sharon Burke (Larry); her grandchildren, Trish Ellsworth (Richard Frenette), Tracy Edwards (Chris), Julie Ellsworth (Francois Lemire), Katie Ellsworth, Joe Ellsworth (Asma Benmoussa), Sarah Butler (Ryan) and Steve O'Brien (Jill); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Ellie Frenette, Georgie Edwards, Vinnie, Theo Lemire, Ivan, Ayla Ellsworth, Dylan, Cohen Butler and Jacob O'Brien. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
