She was predeceased by: her parents, James McQueen and Mary McQueen (Logan); her husband Stan; her sons, Kevin Gilbert, Stephen Gilbert and Robert Gilbert; and her sisters, Cheryl Donald and Mary Levesque.

She is survived by: her son Shawn Gilbert (Teresa); her stepsons, Jeff Richards (Christina) and Dwight Richards (Cindy); her daughter-in-law Nancy Armstrong; her grandchildren, Allcia, Andrew, Braeden (Lindsay), Gemma, Alysha (Dennis), Jason (Courtney), Lauren, Christa, Julie, Erin and Dillan; and her siblings-in-law, Gwen Murphy and Art Donald. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
