He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theresa "Tessie" (Monteith) and Arthur Joseph Alyre "Blackie"; his wife Mary LeBlanc (Crilley); his children, Shirley Mitchell (Jerry), Mary LeBlanc (Rick), Amy-Jo Melanson (Dale), Timothy LeBlanc and Leslie LeBlanc; his grandchildren, Joshua, Alicia, Kyle, Tia, Candice, Shyla, Darren and Corey; his brothers, Paul (Dawn) and Roger (Betty); his sister-in-law Donna LeBlanc; his aunt Gracie Roy; his uncle Paul LeBlanc; and his grandparents, Frederick, Gladys Isabelle Monteith (Marr), Alyer and Mathilda LeBlanc (Bourgeois). He was also cherished by several cousins and nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, memorial donations in Joey's memory to the SPCA or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by his family.
