He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Hawkins; his son Baby Kevin; his siblings, Betty Power (late Tom), David Hawkins (late Joan) and John Hawkins (Debbie); and his stepson Gary Crowley (late Cathy).
He is survived by: his spouse Joan; his parent Helen Hawkins (Farrar); his son James Hawkins (Cathy); his stepson Michael Crowley (Sheryl); his daughter Katherine Howe (David); his stepdaughters, Carolyn True (Doug) and Linda Warden (late Tom); and his siblings, Victor (Violet), Frankie (Sandra), Rose McLellan, Helen Hines (Andy) and Linda Armstrong. He is also survived by many grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Arthur's memory may be made to Bobby's Hospice, the Kidney Foundation of Canada (Atlantic Canada Branch), or a charity of the donor's choice.
