As we bid Anthony farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Anthony is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his mother Dianne Margaret Mary Dowd (Peters). He is survived by: his father Bruce Joseph Dowd; his sister Melanie Dowd-Martell (Derek); his niece Garielle "Gabby" Martell; his aunts, Maureen Keenan (Mike), Cindy McKenna (Tom) and Brenda McDermott (Carl); and his friend Matt.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brenan's Funeral Home (111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB E2K3H6). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Parish (St. Pius X Church) (316 Somerset St, Saint John, NB E2K2Y4).
