She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Wilhelmina Smith (Peacock); and her husband Albeni. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Kyle (Danny) of Kings Co and Wendy Northcott (Dean) of Airdrie, AB; her sisters, June Cummings of Ontario, Judy Jackson of Arizona and Carol Short of Saint John; her grandchildren, Jeremy Dunn, Stephen Dunn, Matthew MacDonald, Kyle MacDonald and Colin MacDonald; and her great grandchildren, Brodie, Bentley, Aubrey Mae, Isla, Taylor, Dominick, Carter, Braylee, Lyla, Ivy, Violet and Lily. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations in memory of Anita may be made to Upham Parish or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
