Alice Mae Gaunce Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Mae Gaunce (Saint John, New Brunswick), born in Muniac, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice Mae Gaunce to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Foran and Ethel Foran (Stewart); her husband Robert Temple Gaunce; her children, William Robert Gaunce and Penelope Reardon Picard; her siblings, Florence, Douglas, Francis, Robert and Ellery Foran; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Gifford and Doug Beatteay.

She is survived by: her children, Angela Lee (Greg) and Stephen Gaunce (Lynda); her sisters, Helen Gifford and Diann Beatteay; her daughter-in-law Tena Gaunce; her grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, Christina, Amanda, Dustin, Lacey (Nick), Misty, Anastashia, Leslie Ann, Nathanial, Jonah, Octavia and Issac; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Neriah, Everett and Oaklynn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Alice's memory can be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation, Bobby's Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor's choice.
