He was predeceased by: his wife Irena'Jean' (Maillet); his parents, Joseph Robichaud and Catherine Robichaud (Martin); his son Robert; and his siblings, Leonard, Jim, Gilbert, Pierre, Benoit, Adrien, Celime, Anita, Annette and Sarah.
He is survived by: his children, Joan (John), Claire (David), Steven (Pam), Andrew (Wendy) and Carol (Paul); his daughter-in-law Judi; and his grandchildren, Joe, Crystal, David, Eric, Alexandria, Spencer, Kyle, Ethan, Scott, Chanelle and Anna. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Castle Fallsview Funeral Home (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Our Lady of Assumption Church (360 Dufferin Row, Saint John, NB E2M2J8). A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (1215 Sand Cove Rd, Saint John, NB E2M4Z9).
In lieu of flowers donations in Aldei's memory can be made to Our Lady of Assumption Church, Ridgewood Veterans Wing, or a charity of the donor's choice.
