He was predeceased by: his parents, Edouard C. Saulnier and Hortense Saulnier (Belliveau); his wife Kathryn Saulnier (Gallant); and his siblings, Jocelyn "Lyn", Margaret, Marie Marthe "Jill" and Delisle.
He is survived by: his children, France Somers (Ken) of Ottawa, Louise Connor (Leon) of Ottawa, Joanne Collins (John) of Calgary, Andrea Brind'amour (André) of Keremeos, BC, Edward "Ned" Saulnier of South Korea, Jean-Marc Saulnier (Meredith) of Hawkesbury, ON, Daniel Saulnier (Anne) of Saskatoon, Christopher Saulnier (Cathy) of Saskatoon and Charles Saulnier (Cathy) of Ottawa. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
