He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Poirier and Marie Celeste Poirier (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Diana Poirier (Richard); his sons, Stephane (Kim) and Marc of Sainte-Anne; his grandchildren, Danika and Félix; and his siblings, Geneva Nowlan (Real), Marie-May Vautour (George) of Massachusetts, Emma Cormier (Delphis) of Bouctouche, Normand (Noella) and Fernand of Sainte-Anne. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private visitation and a private funeral service will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche, at a later date.
