He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Brooks and Muriel Brooks (Kearny); his daughter Tina Lynn Brooks; and his brother David Brooks. He is survived by: his son Leigh Brooks of Grand Falls; his grandson Tyson Brooks; his siblings, Robert (Nelly), Brian (Jeannine) of Riverview, Barry (Adele) of Saint John and Joan McGraw (Abel) of St. Stephen; and his sister-in-law Betty Ann (late David) of Sussex. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
