She was predeceased by: her husband Yvon Poitras; her parents, Lucien Gagnon and Irène Gagnon (Levesque); and her sister Marielle Gagnon. She is survived by: her daughters, Line Bernier (Nelson), Denise Levesque (Edmond) of Saint-André, Hélène Mason (Perry) of London, France Martin (Brett) of Cheyenne and Wyoming; her grandchildren, Christine, Michel, Tina, Nathalie, Chantal, Erica, Nika and Mick; her great grandchildren, Coralie, Maxime, Sophie, Théo, Sam and Nora; and her brothers, Gérald Gagnon (Pat), Aldéo "Babe" Gagnon (Micheline) of Grand Falls, Guy and Jean Gagnon (Anne) of Ottawa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the O'Regan's Funeral Home (515 Everard H Daigle Boul, Grand-Sault, NB E3Z 2R5). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint-André Roman Catholic Church (484 Chem. de l'Église, Saint-André, NB E3Y2Y5).
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, donations to the Foundation of the Friends of the Grand Falls General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
