It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Lebel (Saint-Andre, New Brunswick), born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lumina LeBel and Honore Martin; and his half-siblings, Wilbrod, Simone and Romeo Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Lise Theriault (Brian) of Saskatoon, Lee LeBel (Yvonne) of Grande-Prairie, Lina LeBel (Charles) of Grand Falls and Lola LeBel Maillet (Fernand) of Bouctouche; his partner's daughters, Linda and Lynn Emond (Jacques); his grandchildren, Emilie (Dominique Theriault), Lee-Ann LeBel, Kayla (Katelyn Akerley) and Corey (Brandon Madore); his sisters, Therese Desjardins (late Lawrence) of Notre-Dame, Bernadette Berube (late Leonard "Bic") of Grand Falls and Constance Berube (Robert) of Edmundston; and also Ricky of St-Joseph. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. For those who wish, donations to the Foundation of the Friends of the Grand Falls General Hospital would be appreciated.
