He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Marjorie Landry (Ward); and his grandparents, Harold Neil Ward, Madeline Ward (Phinney), Edward Joseph Landry and Elaine Edith Landry (Hicks).
He is survived by: his father Larry Edmund Landry (Shirley); his brother Jeffery Landry; and his close friend Megan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Philip may be made to the charity of one's choice or to a local children's music program in your community.
