He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy; and his parents, Cecelia Edwards and James Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hamer; his daughters, Katie and Meghan; his granddaughter Maeve Edwards; his siblings, Mary Jane Edwards and Francis Edwards; and also Chris van den Berg.
