She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Barnes and Mellicent Barnes; her husband Wesley Clare; her brother Hartley Hicks; and her former husband Frank Fullerton.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Fullerton (Pam), Mary'Buffy'Fullerton (Steven), Martha Beaumont (Chris) and Lesley Clare-Smith (Kirk); her sister Joyce Throop; her sister-in-law Carol Hicks; and her grandchildren, Charles Sydney, Wesley, River, Camilla, Amy, Adam, Wyatt, Charles Brett, Matthew, Alicia, Jennifer, Lena, Evelyn and Gwnyth. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many extended family.

In Margaret's memory, donations to the Westcock Cemetery in Sackville NB would be appreciated.
