He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Crossman and Lila Crossman (Getson); his grandson Tyler Lee Crossman; and his siblings, Phyllis Pickles, Gordon Crossman, Lorna MacGregor and Kenneth Crossman.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne (McCabe); his sons, Kevin, Middleton, Karl (Kimbal), Kendall, Kent (Cindy) and Kerby (Line); his grandchildren, John, Lee Ann Hardie (Calum), Kody (Taurey), Ethan, Anna, Janelle and Evan; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Keirsten and Freya; and his great great grandchildren, Lucy and Lily.
