It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Walter Tower of Sackville, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Tower and Roberta Tower (McPhee) of Dorchester; his siblings, Malcolm "Bud" Tower, Evelyn Reid and Nelson Tower; and his former wife Verna Gillis.
He is survived by: his wife Isabele (Ross); his children, Michael of Banff, AB, Kimberley Goreham (Andrew), Stephanie Ilse (David) and North; his grandchildren, Joshua Goreham (Megan), Halifax, Matthew Ilse, Falyn Smith (Aaron) of Wood Harbour, NS, Jessica Ilse, Halifax, Madison Carr (Jon), Talitha, Jesserah and Meridith; his great grandchildren, Emily Smith and Joshua Phillip; his siblings, Madge Coyle of Smith Falls, ON, Phyllis Milner, Wendy Knockwood (Joe), Lorna Cawdle, Terry Tower (Linda) of Cornwall, PE, Victor Tower (Marlene) and Keith Tower (Barb); and his sister-in-law Joan Tower of Oromocto, NB. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
