She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Marion, Jack Pierce, Elmer, Doris MacDonald and Percy Blakely (Purple Barney).
She is survived by: her parents, Laura Leigh Ann Pierce (Danny Pinette) and Duane Gary Smith; her brother Dexter Urquhart; her grandparents, Kenneth Pierce, Pamela Blakely, Gary and Carolyn Smith; her great-grandparent Wallace; her aunts and uncles, Morgan Pierce, Molly Pierce, Christopher Pierce and Steven Smith; and her close friend Ava Grantmyre.
