He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Phinney; and his sister Darlene Lauris Dobson. He is survived by: his mother Helen Phinney (McKinnon); and his brothers, Malcolm Phinney (Brenda) and Jeffrey Phinney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
